V. Pressure Filtration

Pressing is the process of separating the mature fermented grains from the liquid. Usually, wood or on-board air compressors are adopted. The unpasteurized Yellow Rice Wine still contains some suspended matter (cellulose, starch and insoluble protein, etc.), and therefore must undergo settlement and filtration (At present, diatomite filters and membrane filters are adopted).
