Why is Huangjiu a kind of national fermented wine? (3)

In my opinion, Gu Yue Long Shan should become the most perfect and noble brand of Huangjiu and the "Maotai" in the Huangjiu market. Only the most perfect Huangjiu can be the most noble Huangjiu.

There are two key points. Firstly, the inner quality should be the most perfect. Secondly, the external packaging should be the most perfect. These two points are premises. The only test standard is the continuous recognition of the market, the continuous liking of consumers, and the endless emergence of loyal fans. To achieve this goal and reach this standard, we must implement the theme of today's activity, and we need to design and promote. Wang Yangming is a native of Shaoxing. The core of Yangming's theory of mind is "heart", which means that only you dare to think, can it succeed.

When it comes to design, promotion and ideals, I think of a book that Liang Jian, the great grandson of Mr. Liang Qichao, presented to me last month. It's called Laohai Heritage: Mr. Zhou Shuzhen's Wine Ticket. Mr. Zhou Shuzhen attended the first session of the CPPCC National Committee, which decided the name, national flag and national name of new China. We can see how high his status and how great his contribution is. He was born in Tianjin, a politician, an industrialist and a collector, and later served as vice chairman of the CPPCC National Committee. This book was published by the National Library Press. There are three volumes in total. Two volumes are the wine tickets and one volume is the text description. It contains 105 Shaoxing Huangjiu tickets collected by Mr. Zhou Shuzhen, most of which were produced during the reign of Daoguang and Guangxu. These wines were mainly produced in Dongpu, Hutang and Ruanshe of Shaoxing. According to his son, before the founding of new China, only Shaoxing Huangjiu was served at the banquet attended by Mr. Zhou Shuzhen.

When I introduce this book, I want to tell you three important messages. Firstly, from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China era, Shaoxing Huangjiu was popular in China, including the northern region represented by Beijing. Secondly, Huangjiu was popular among people of all classes. Thirdly, aged Huangjiu was popular at that time. Therefore, we should be confident, open a new journey of Huangjiu marketing through this design activity, and create a new glory of Shaoxing Huangjiu in the world. I am very optimistic about Shaoxing Huangjiu, and Shaoxing Huangjiu absolutely can revive its glory through our efforts.

It should be admitted that the current situation of Huangjiu is worrying. As a Shaoxing native, I am particularly worried about this. We might review the changes in the wine market in the past 70 years since the founding of new China, based on the information provided by Mr. Zhou Shuzhen's book. In the first thirty or forty years, Baijiu defeated Huangjiu. In the past thirty or forty years, red wine and Baijiu were neck and neck. Although Shaoxing Huangjiu enterprises have expanded their vertical ratio and sale, their proportion in the wine market is shrinking. Huangjiu was unparalleled in the world before the founding of new China. However, it is only popular in a corner of Jiangsu and Zhejiang now. Comrades of China Shaoxing Yellow Rice Wine Group, are you really willing?

Last time, I told Chairman Sun Aibao that Huangjiu should learn from the national anthem. [As the Chinese people have arrived at their most perilous time." And Shaoxing Huangjiu also has arrived at their most perilous time. We should also sing the Internationale and enter the world market at the same time. [This is the time and place to achieve the international ideal." How to achieve it? It starts with this design activity.

In my opinion, the essence of design is to guide the market consumption trend. It is well-known that the new trend of the market and society is often led by designers. The Communist Party calls Deng Xiaoping the chief designer of reform and opening-up, because he has started the great journey of China. We can see how important design is. Therefore, we should place great expectations on designers.

Here, I want to put forward three suggestions and three breakthroughs for this design activity. First, as for the mass market, we should make breakthroughs from young people. Second, as for the high-end market, we should make breakthroughs from vintage wine. Third, as for the emerging market, we should make breakthroughs from "Bushangtou" Huangjiu.

The hope of social progress and career development lies in young people, and so does Shaoxing Huangjiu. The price and benefit of Huangjiu should find breakthroughs from Aged Wine. We already have a good idea which is "Bushangtou" Huangjiu. Here, I want to send a poem of "Bushangtou" Huangjiu to all of you. The fine weather and favorable geographical position create Shaoxing Huangjiu. Everyone likes it. Huangjiu, like longstanding friendship, is worthy of the Chinese national wine. Drinking a small quantity of Huangjiu is not enjoyable. Drinking a large quantity of Huangjiu, you won't feel uncomfortable.

Here, I enthusiastically expect this event to promote Gu Yue Long Shan and even the whole Shaoxing Huangjiu industry!
