He said that Huangjiu is the best wine in the world. Once he took a plane and saw a well-known writer who was talking about Shaoxing Jiu. The writer said that Huangjiu, which tastes sweet, salty and sour, is pure and mellow. Huangjiu owns the flavor of green melons, apples, almonds and honey. Huangjiu is really great, which is the basis for developing Huangjiu tourism.

In addition to Shaoxing Huangjiu, Shaoxing cuisine is also delicious. Most of the traditional Shaoxing dishes are cooked with soy sauce and distillers` grains. And there are also a lot of pickled food and smelly food. The taste of traditional Shaoxing dishes, which is mainly created by microorganisms, is unique and complex. Therefore, Huangjiu tourism can be combined with Shaoxing cuisine. What`s more, although many old wineries no longer exist, some precious wineries, such as Jianhu winery, are lucky to be preserved in Shaoxing. In addition, Mr. Zhang said that specific cultural tools include inspirational stories, the Preface of Orchid Pavilion Collection, millennium-aged ancient brewing technology and local celebrities.

Jianhu winery, as the living fossil of ancient brewing technology of Shaoxing Huangjiu, can be developed as a base of industrial tourism on the basis of the original plant site and original technology. The winery starts to brew in the beginning of winter. The brewing process is as follows: making Chinese yeast and wheat starter -- sieving glutinous rice -- soaking glutinous rice -- steaming glutinous rice -- cooling glutinous rice -- putting glutinous rice, water, wheat starter and yeast into the wine vat -- pre-fermentation -- post-fermentation -- squeezing -- static settlement -- boiling wine -- sealing the jar mouth -- aging.
