As a wine lover, I have drunk all kinds of wine in the world for decades. I have experienced the four stages after drinking. Based on my experience, observation of others and medical analysis, the duration of each stage is different after people drink different kinds of wines.

Spirits (including China Baijiu): Spirits can make people stay in the state of drunkenness for the longest time and people will get drunk quickly after drinking spirits. Usually in China's banquets, people who drink Baijiu will stay in the state of elegance and slight drunkenness for about half an hour, and they will stay in the state of drunkenness for about two hours in the dead for two hours. At last, they will stay in the state of great drunkenness for about half an hour. Therefore, violent crime of drinking is basically related to spirits. After the emergence of gin in the UK, the crime of drinking increased dramatically. Therefore, criminals must be sent to New Zealand and Australia. The criminals and their descendants launched riots to overthrow the British governor and declare Australia independent after drinking rum.

Wine: Wine can make people stay in the state of elegance for the longest time. On formal social occasions, people with fancy outfits will hold and gently shake the high-end cup, with the red wine rippling in the cup. People will not stay in the state of slight drunkenness for a long time, and they will get drunk quickly if they continue to drink.
