In the eighties and nineties of last century, the commodity economy gradually prospered, and the number of registered trademarks of Shaoxing wine increased from 5 to 54. The famous brands are "Gu Yue Long Shan" of Shaoxing Central Winery, "Shenyonghe" of Shenyonghe Winery, "Kuai Ji Shan" of Dongfeng Winery, "Jianhu" of Shaoxing Sugar, Tobacco and Wine Company, and "Pagoda" of foreign trade export. In 1993, Dongfeng Winery separated from Shaoxing Central Winery and established Dongfeng Shaoxing Wine Company by joint venture with Hong Kong Yitong Food Company. In 1998, the state-owned assets of Dongfeng Winery were fully replaced by Zhejiang China Light Textile City Group. In 2005, Dongfeng Shaoxing Wine Company changed its name to Kuai Ji Shan Shaoxing Wine Company.
In 1994, Shaoxing Central Winery and Shenyonghe Winery jointly established "China Shaoxing Yellow Rice Wine Group Co,. Ltd.". In 1996, it was successfully listed in the name of Gu Yue Long Shan and became the first Chinese Huangjiu enterprise to be listed.
