Zheng, a first-year student majoring in computer technology from Zhejiang University of Technology, expressed his internship feelings by saying: "Previously, when I read about 'wine culture' in textbooks, I always found it very abstract. It wasn't until I touched the fermented wine yeast and smelled the rich aroma of the flower-aroma wine that I truly understood why these techniques could be passed down for thousands of years - because it embodies the love and respect of the Chinese people for life."
